SHIPPING

  • Fairdeal is pleased to offer free shipping within India for all pre-paid orders. For COD orders, a flat fee of Rs 100 will be auto applied during checkout.
  • Our alliance with a large network of leading delivery partners ensures the delivery of your purchased products in mint condition.
  • The Items can be tracked via the tracking id provided by the delivery partner.
  • Once the items have been processed for dispatched, the tracking number will be provided via email, phone.
  • For Cash on Delivery payment option, the orders will be confirmed post telephonic conversation.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • At Fairdeal, we pledge to provide an easy, hassle free and smooth Return/Exchange/process. in case you are not content with the item purchased, you can opt to return for a refund within 5 days of the delivery date or you can get it exchanged for a store credit within 15 days of the delivery date. You can login to your customer account and place a request for return directly from there or you can write to us at info@fairdealshoes.net within the stipulated time frame along with at least 3 pictures of the shoe.
  • Items must be in their original condition, packaging, unused and re-sellable condition to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • Once we have acknowledged the receipt of your e - mail, the process for return/exchange will be initiated. The product will be picked up from your location in 2 - 4 days and it might take another 2 - 4 days for it to reach us.
  • After the products have been received at our end, the support team will carry out a thorough inspection to validate its acceptance. On approval, we will notify you via e - mail and process the final amount which is to be refunded or given as store credit. Please note, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting 2% (bank charges) of the order value and ₹300 (reverse shipment fee). Additionally, ₹100 will be deducted if the item is without box or any packing material.
